Size Chart

Finding the right size

To get an accurate body measurement, do not measure over clothing.

Chest: With your child's arms out, measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure around the natural waistline.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
Height: Measure from the top of the head to the ground, without shoes.

When purchasing kid's pajamas, we recommend buying a size up from the age of the child (example: a four-year-old would take a size 5).

Cozy days call for comfortable pants that can keep up. These patriot blue melange track pants are made from soft brushed french terry cotton, with contrast oatmeal side panels, front pockets, ribbed cuffs, and an elastic drawcord waistband that makes dressing easy. A leather Hatley patch adds a thoughtful finishing touch, built to last and pass down.

FAQs

How does the waist stay up?

These track pants have a soft ribbed waistband with stretchy elastic hidden inside, so they pull on easily and stay put through all kinds of play. In sizes 12-18 months and up, there is also a working drawstring you can tie for a little extra hold, and it is safely secured at the back so it cannot be pulled out.

Do these track pants have pockets?

Yes, there are two handy slash pockets set into the front, one on each side. The openings are reinforced at both ends so they hold up to little hands tucking in treasures and stashing snacks.

Are the ankles fitted or loose?

The legs finish in snug ribbed cuffs at the ankle, giving these a classic jogger shape. The gathered cuffs keep the hems from dragging and help the pants stay in place while your child runs and climbs.

Do these stretch enough for active play?

They do. The soft knit fabric moves with your child, and the stretchy ribbed waist and ankle cuffs let them run, jump, and crawl comfortably all day. It is an easy, relaxed fit made for busy little ones.

How should I wash these track pants?

A gentle cold wash and a low-heat tumble or lay flat to dry will keep them soft and holding their shape wash after wash. Washing cool also helps the ribbed waistband and cuffs stay stretchy over time. Always follow the care label sewn into the garment for the most accurate guidance.
