PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not accept PO Boxes as valid shipping addresses. If your shipping address is a PO Box please choose USPS or we will not be able to complete your order.
Processing Time
We aim to ship all USPS and UPS Standard orders by the following business day (this includes pick up and packaging). Shipping estimates below go into effect the day you receive your shipping notification.
UPS Express Next Day and UPS Expedited 2-Day orders placed before 12PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12PM will be processed the following day.
Shipping Estimates (Business Days)
While great effort is put into ensuring a speedy delivery, these estimates cannot be guaranteed as they do not reflect weather delays, holiday parcel volume or order-related issues. There may also be some delivery delays from December 25th to January 3rd due to statutory holidays.

Shipping to the Rest of the World
All orders ship from Montreal, QC with UPS. Customers will receive an email from UPS with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Duties
There is a 12% duties fee on all International orders (except orders shipping to Australia). All other duties and taxes will be handled directly by Hatley Little Blue House Inc. Customers will not be required to pay anything additional upon receipt.
